33 years ago, Cool Maintenance was founded by Mr. F.R. Arnott and his wife, Mrs. B.V. Arnott. What began as a small operation has grown into South Africa’s leading panel manufacturer.
At the heart of our success is our family-managed structure, with Mr. Arnott still actively involved in the business, driving its growth and success. His determination, passion for the industry, and commitment to excellence have set the standard for the high-quality products and superior craftsmanship we deliver.
The vision and drive of both Mr. and Mrs. Arnott have been instrumental in transforming Cool Maintenance from its humble beginnings into the industry powerhouse it is today.

OUR TEAM
Cool Maintenance is proud to have two branches across South Africa, with our Head Office based in Cape Town. Our close-knit team of around 90 dedicated staff members, and growing, is at the heart of everything we do.
From our hands-on senior management and estimators to our factory teams and office support, we work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are always met.
A key part of our company’s success is the Cool Maintenance Empowerment Trust, a living legacy of Mr. F. Arnott. This trust celebrates the loyalty of our long-standing staff members and gives them a stake in the company, allowing them to become shareholders and helping to build a brighter future for all.
